1. General
These terms apply to visits to and use of the Lochlann Steakhouse website, and to purchases of gift cards. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Lochlann Steakhouse is operated by Alnoor Group AB, Stationsgatan 9, 673 32 Charlottenberg, Sweden.
2. Reservations & cancellations
Table reservations can be made via our website or by phone. You can easily cancel or reschedule yourself via the link in your booking confirmation — no phone call needed, but you are always welcome to contact us. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. For groups of 6 or more, a no-show fee may be charged if the reservation is not cancelled in time.
Special terms apply for groups of 10 or more guests, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Gift cards
Gift cards are available to purchase online via our website or physically in the restaurant. Digital gift cards are delivered to the specified email address and activated once payment is confirmed. Physical gift cards are activated at the point of purchase.
Validity
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After the expiry date, the card cannot be used and any remaining balance is forfeited.
Usage
The gift card is redeemed in the restaurant by showing the QR code, digital code, or physical card to staff. It can be used across multiple visits until the balance is depleted. Gift cards are not valid for the purchase of alcoholic beverages and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.
Right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, provided the card has not been used. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards purchased in person at the restaurant. Contact us at info@lochlannsteakhouse.com to exercise this right. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of an approved request.
Theft & loss
Lochlann Steakhouse is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used by unauthorised persons. Treat the code and physical card as a voucher of value.
Change
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance stays on the card.
4. Prices & payment
All prices on the website and menu are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Online payment for gift cards is handled securely via Stripe.
5. Limitation of liability
Lochlann Steakhouse is not liable for indirect damages or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or our services. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes should in the first instance be resolved through dialogue with us. Alternatively, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at www.arn.se.
