Last updated: 13 June 2026
1. Parties & scope
These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between Alnoor Group AB, reg. no. 559143-0474, Stationsgatan 9, 673 32 Charlottenberg, Sweden ("Lochlann Steakhouse", "we", "us") and the natural person using the website or making a purchase ("you", "the customer").
The Terms apply to (i) use of lochlannsteakhouse.com, (ii) table reservations, (iii) purchases of event tickets and (iv) purchases of gift cards. By using the website or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms in their entirety.
2. Table reservations
Table reservations can be made via our website or by phone. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. The confirmation constitutes a binding agreement.
Cancellation & amendments
Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time, via the link in your booking confirmation or by phone. Cancellations received after this deadline, or failure to appear without prior cancellation, may result in a no-show fee.
No-show fee
For parties of 6 or more, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee in the event of a missed reservation without cancellation. The amount is communicated in the booking confirmation.
Large groups
For groups of 10 or more guests, separate terms apply, including possible advance payment or set menu requirements. These are communicated and confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
Late arrivals
We hold the table for 15 minutes past the reservation time. In the event of a late arrival without prior notice, we reserve the right to release the table to other guests. Please contact us if you know you will be delayed.
3. Event tickets
Tickets for events at Lochlann Steakhouse are purchased exclusively online via our website. The agreement is considered entered into when payment has been confirmed by the payment processor. The ticket is delivered to the specified email address and contains a unique QR code to be presented to staff at the entrance.
Binding purchase & no refunds
The purchase of an event ticket is binding and no refunds are made after completed payment. The right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act does not apply to tickets for events with a specific date, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 11, Point 12 of that Act. Customers are advised to carefully verify the date, time and ticket type before completing the purchase.
Cancelled or materially changed event
If an event is cancelled by Lochlann Steakhouse, or if the nature of the event changes materially (for example, a change of artist or venue), the full ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 banking days. You will be notified via the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Lochlann Steakhouse is not responsible for costs incurred in connection with the purchase, such as travel or accommodation costs.
Transfer
The ticket is personal. Transfer to another person is permitted provided that the new holder's name and contact details are notified to us in writing at info@lochlannsteakhouse.com no later than 24 hours before the event. We reserve the right to refuse a transfer if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the ticket has been resold for profit.
Capacity & purchase limit
Each event has a limited number of seats and a maximum number of tickets per order. The purchase is binding once payment is completed and the seat is reserved. Availability is shown in real time on the website and may change without notice.
Age restriction
Events intended for persons over 18 years of age are clearly indicated in the event description. Valid ID may be required at the entrance. Lochlann Steakhouse reserves the right to deny entry to persons who cannot prove their age.
House rules & right to refuse entry
Lochlann Steakhouse reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove guests who behave disruptively, display aggressive behaviour, or are visibly intoxicated, without entitlement to a refund. Alcohol is served in accordance with the restaurant's current liquor licence.
Liability for personal belongings
Lochlann Steakhouse is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings during an event. Guests are advised not to bring unnecessarily valuable items.
4. Gift cards
Gift cards can be purchased online via our website or in person at the restaurant. Digital gift cards are activated and delivered to the specified email address once payment is confirmed. Physical gift cards are activated at the point of purchase.
Validity
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the gift card. After the expiry date, the card cannot be used and any remaining balance is forfeited without entitlement to a refund.
Redemption & usage
The gift card is redeemed in the restaurant by presenting the QR code, digital code, or physical card to staff. It can be used on one or several occasions until the balance is depleted. The gift card is not valid for the purchase of alcoholic beverages and cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or pay for event tickets.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing a digital gift card online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal as a consumer under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), provided the gift card has not been redeemed or activated. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards purchased in person at the restaurant. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us in writing at info@lochlannsteakhouse.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 banking days of receiving your request.
Loss & theft
Lochlann Steakhouse is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used by unauthorised persons. The gift card code should be treated as cash. We are unable to block or replace a gift card whose code has come into the wrong hands.
Cash redemption
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded, except for the statutory right of withdrawal described above. Any remaining balance after a purchase stays on the card.
5. Prices & payment
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) inclusive of value added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of purchase is the price charged.
Online payment for gift cards and event tickets is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. We do not store card details. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel a purchase and refund the full amount paid.
6. Website & intellectual property

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free, and reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
Lochlann Steakhouse's liability to the customer is in all cases limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant service or product. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or consequential losses of any kind, regardless of whether we have been advised of the risk of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish legislation. A full description of how we collect, process and protect your personal data, as well as your rights as a data subject, can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Force majeure
Lochlann Steakhouse is relieved of liability for failure to fulfil a particular obligation under these Terms if the failure is due to a circumstance beyond our reasonable control, the consequences of which we could not reasonably have avoided or overcome. Such circumstances include natural disasters, fire, pandemic, labour disputes, governmental action or power outages. We shall notify the customer without delay of such an event and, to the extent possible, offer alternative arrangements.
10. Amendments to the Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms. The latest version is always published on this page with the date of update. For purchases made before an update, the Terms in force at the time of purchase apply. We recommend reviewing the Terms before each new purchase.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall in the first instance be resolved through dialogue with us. If we cannot reach an agreement, you as a consumer are entitled to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se.
